Pick Up/ Delivery Policy 

Every order submitted must have a date and time you want to pick up. We will not wait more that 15 minutes past the pick up time, if we need to leave. Unless there are extenuating circumstances or you have made prior arrangements to reschedule your pick up time. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy  minimum of 24 hour notice is required to change delivery / pickup time or location. If you are unavailable to receive your order at the delivery or pickup time and do not give 24 hour notice you will be responsible to pay 100% of the order cost before any more orders can be placed. We do take into account unavoidable life events. If you need to make a change to your order time please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Order cancellation must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup time. If 48 hour notice is not given, you will need to pay 100% of your order total before you will be able to place a new order! If you're unable to keep a scheduled order, please give a 30 day advanced notice to ensure that you will be refunded for the order less 20% cancellation fee. Cancelling prior to two weeks before pick up date will incur a 20% cancellation fee (80% will be refunded). No refunds will be given to orders cancelled within two weeks of the pick up date. (At this point supplies, plans, time, etc. has been spent on your order). Moving your pick up date to another week will be seen as a cancellation, if I am already booked.
